Synopsis

Back to the eighties tells us the story of the senior class of William Ocean High School that graduated in the 1980s.
Corey Palmer who is now in his 30s looks back at his time at William Ocean High. He remembers when he was 17 and madly in love with Tiffany Houston, one of the coolest girls in school. However, she barely notices this as she is too busy drooling over Michael Feldman, the coolest guy in school.
The year begins with the Class President Elections. Michael steals Corey’s election speech and becomes President with Tiffany as Vice– President.
During the year Feargal McFerrin III gets mocked for being a geek and for believing that some day CDs will replace cassette tapes. Several new students arrive including Mel and Kim Easton who are twin cheerleaders and Eileen Reagan, whose life becomes a nightmare when Michael and his gang start to send her fake love letters.
Meanwhile the teachers, Ms Brannigan and Mr Cocker have issues of their own when Mr Cocker confiscates a swimsuit catalogue from Huey Jackson which contains a picture of his partner for one year, Miss Brannigan.
