St. Mary's Charleville Co Cork

On Sunday 5th October our ladies travelled to Clonshire to compete in the Inter Schools Hunter Trials Competition. Of the 30 clear rounds 3 were clocked up by the charleville girls. Well done to all involved and thanks to Ms Wallis for organising.

On 28th February 2009, six girls travelled to Tramore in Waterford to competet in the Inter Schools Hunter Trials. There were two teams from St. Mary's. The green team consisted of Aoife Twohill, Joanne Curtin and Mary Claire Waters. On the blue team were Katherina O'Keeffe, Esther Cahill and Rebecca Connolly. The Blue team clocked up a clear round with a time of five seconds short of the winning team. Esther Cahill and Aoife Twohill competed in the intermediate individuals and Esther clocked up another clear round. Katherian O'Keeffe, Rebecca Connolly and Joanne Curtin competed in the Junior individuals and Rebecca Connolly clocked up another clear round. The blue team were placed fourth overall.
